We deliver land acquisition loans to Rural1st and other pre-qualified lenders. We deliver single-family rental investor loans (1-4 units) to proven conforming and non-conforming Investor Lenders, and larger investment financing projects and loans to Multifamily Agency Lenders thru approved Loan Correspondents.
